Kathryn Weir is an AMI trained Elementary guide serving children over 18 years. Her start in Montessori began assisting in the primary classroom and developed into the lower then upper elementary classrooms. She was blessed to send her son through the program at Waypoint Montessori from toddler to upper elementary grateful of his rich experience in the AMI Montessori education. She is a course assistant for the Montessori Institute of North Texas (MINT) who is passionate not only about the education of children, but those training to teach as well.
