AMI 0-3 Diploma Course

Learn In-Person from AMI 0-3 Trainer, Cristel Ruiz

Are you interested in exploring human development with a supportive cohort in an environment tailored just for you? Do you want to delve deeply into current psychology, practices, and the scientific understanding of child development? MINT's two-summer 0-3 Diploma Course is perfect for you!

This course equips adults to comprehend and facilitate optimal development for children from birth to age three through deep engagement with Montessori developmental theory and developmentally appropriate activities. Topics covered include gross and fine motor development, language acquisition, music and art, personality development, hygiene and physical care, nutrition, prenatal care, as well as practical insights for setting up home and community environments for children under three.

The first three years of life are crucial for the development of human beings and their potential. It is a period during which the core of personality, social skills, and human values are formed. Understanding a child's natural development empowers Montessori practitioners to create environments that cater to the needs of young children and promote a sense of belonging and independence. This is coupled with support for movement and language acquisition, nurturing children to feel confident and capable.
