MINT PLCs

MINT Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) have been developed to provide opportunities for collaboration among those working in learning environments. These groups provide an environment for practitioners to come together to share experiences, brainstorm ideas, and offer support to each other in their work.

A must for working Montessori professionals, MINT PLCs address real-world scenarios and challenges brought forth by members. Individuals benefit from the communities' collective experience and expertise as they explore actionable solutions, reflect on relevant insights, and forge supportive relationships. This year, MINT is pleased to introduce new PLC dates, opening the program to more educators and professionals in our community! The established PLC communities meeting over the last three years will continue at 0-3, at 3-6, and 6-12. Leaders in Education can enjoy the PLC experience through the return of the Administrators Lunch & Learn Series .

MINT PLCs are fully sponsored and offered at no cost to the community! Sessions are hosted monthly via Zoom and led by expert, AMI-credentialed Montessori Trainers.
Note: Where the date pattern falls on a holiday, we adjusted the date to what you see here.

How is this offered for free?

MINT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by donations from the community and beyond. Join the effort to make Montessori accessible and become a donor today. Any amount helps us provide programs like this free: the Material Makerspace, the Adult/Infant Community, networking events, and more. In 2025, over 50 donors donated a total of $50,000 as a MINT community on North Texas Giving Day, to fund scholarships and accessible Montessori programs. We hope that this year, we will reach at least 60 donors to keep growing this work!
