Montessori education changes lives!
Ask any Montessori parent and they will tell you what they see. Here’s how Maria Montessori described it:
A wonderful integration takes place in the infant soul . . . The child becomes calm, radiantly happy, busy, forgetful of himself and, in consequence, indifferent to prizes or material rewards. These little conquerors of themselves and of the world about them are real supermen, who show us the divine worth of man’s soul.
If you have visited a Montessori classroom, you’ve seen it for yourself. The level of focus and purposeful activity, the kindness in social interactions, the love of learning – this is school the way it should be!
MINT’s rigorous AMI teacher training is rooted in deep understanding of human development. We follow the time-tested, proven approach to training, teaching, and learning created by Dr. Montessori herself, and we support new teachers with mentoring and professional development. As a result, our graduates know how to create learning environments where all children can fulfill their potential.

MINT graduates are teaching now in public and private schools throughout Texas, across the United States, and even abroad. They’re making a real difference in education, transforming the lives of thousands of children of all races, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds who attend Montessori schools.

In 2022 alone we’ve had 172 trainees in 9 courses – 55% of this year’s students are people of color, and 30% are public-school educators. With your help we can do more!
