Caroline Aguilar Clark is an accomplished educator with a Liberal Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. She earned her AMI Primary Diploma from the Ohio Montessori Training Institute in 1998, studying under Joen Bettmann, and holds a certificate in Montessori Core Principles.

With 25 years of teaching experience across both public and private sectors, Caroline has made significant contributions to education. As a former Parent Educator in the Parents as Teachers Program, she cultivated meaningful relationships with families from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing collaboration and support tailored to children's developmental needs.

In the Spring of 2023, Caroline advanced her career by becoming an Auxiliary Trainer at the 3-6 level. She also serves as a 3-6 Consultant for AMI USA and is a National Examiner at the 3-6 level, furthering her commitment to Montessori education. Caroline resides just outside of Austin, TX, with her husband, two children, and two dogs, where she continues to inspire and support families in their educational journeys.
