Embark on an interactive musical learning experience like no other. Using exclusively Montessori materials, journey from the origins of music to understanding how to read, write, play, and sing songs you can immediately add to your learning environment.

Workshop Instructor

Marshal Crenshaw is a unique educator and creative musician, writer, and performer. His AMI Assistant to Infancy training was in Rome, Italy in 1999 and since then he has been teaching and performing with adults and children of all ages. His Montessori music training was with Sanford Jones and Marcia Perez. He currently sings with Conspirare and the Austin Symphony.

Combining his years of Montessori training in all levels of the music materials with his experience teaching music with Kodaly, Orff, and I.B. Marshal has created an amazingly simple yet comprehensive review of music notation and how to express it with the Montessori music materials and lessons. Put simply, he helps you make the bells ring and the tone bars sing!
