Job Title: AMI 0-3 Lead Guide
Job Description: Montessori at Roseborough is an AMI accredited school established in 1983. We serve children 3 months through 15 years of age. Following the principles of Dr. Montessori, we provide an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive community that encourages independence and responsibility.
Montessori at Roseborough is currently accepting applications for an AMI trained 0-3 Guide with a start date in August 2025. The Guide will be responsible for keeping a beautifully prepared environment with developmentally appropriate activities per their AMI training and album. The Guide will collaborate with administration, other staff members and parents to ensure the smooth operation of the infant-toddler environment.
Salary is based upon experience and education level. Benefits include PTO, professional development such as the AMI refresher course and one full scholarship for one child.
Requirements: 0-3 Diploma holder or training in progress. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
