Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Job Description: LCCA is a K-12 University-model school however we have a class for siblings. This class has no more than 8 children between the ages of 2 to 4. This position is part time 8:15-3:25 Tuesdays and Thursdays and does not require Montessori certification.

Current pay is $20 an hour.

Requirements: The individual DOES need to have experience with children between the ages of 2-4 and the ability to be autonomous in their role.

This individual will also need to be confident and willing to provide guidance to the Head of School as LCCA’s early childhood program transitions to a Montessori method .
