Job Description: Established in 2007, Montessori ONE Academy is a thriving AMI-recognized Montessori school located in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are currently seeking AMI-certified Primary Guides (3–6) to join our well-established school community.
As the only AMI-recognized Primary and Toddler Montessori school in Albuquerque, we offer programs for NIDO, Toddler, Primary, and Elementary levels. Our school is supported by an AMI-trained Director of Education, providing a collaborative and enriching environment for our staff and students.
We are proud to offer a distinctive Intergenerational Program in partnership with our neighboring Montessori-based senior center, AMARAN. This program provides rich opportunities for meaningful connection and growth between generations, making our school truly one-of-a-kind.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates with:
• AMI Primary (3–6) certification
• A passion for Montessori philosophy and a love for working with children
• Strong initiative, leadership, organizational, and management skills
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
