Job Description: The Little Blue Montessori School is expanding! LBMS, a neighborhood school in the Easton Park neighborhood of Southeast Austin, is now expanding to Southwest Austin. We are accepting applications for a Primary Lead Guide for the 24-25 school year. We are looking for applicants who are creative, collaborative, great communicators, as well as eager to share Montessori with families new to this pedagogy and way of life. Requirements: • High School Diploma 
• AMI or AMS Diploma
• Experience working with young children
• Ability to interact and communicate appropriate and professionally with parents, students and colleagues
