Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time AMI trained Toddler Guide to lead one of two Toddler classrooms on our beautiful campus on St. Thomas. You will guide our students through whole-child development and parents through their Montessori journey. You will also play a key role in helping our assistant teachers flourish. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate Montessorian excited about building relationships with children, parents, and colleagues in a caring community where growth is valued and encouraged. Requirements:
Completed training at an AMI Training Center preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood teaching, education, or a related discipline is recommended.
An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
Patience and excellent observational and communication skills.
The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.
