Job Title: UPPER ELEMENTARY TEACHER (3RD, 4TH & 5TH)

Job Description: This is a full-time position for a Lead Upper Elementary School teacher at A Developing Mind Academy, a private Montessori school in Post Falls, ID. The lead teacher will be responsible for the implementation and creation (special yearly projects) of lesson plans, while fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment. Our new teacher will have the advantage of working in tandem with our other experienced Upper Elementary teacher and our director of curriculum. Our Montessori school has many advantages with lots of supports to minimize behavioral issues. Classes size average 18 to 22 students with an assistant. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can deliver a great Montessori experience. Salary: DOE, Health Insurance, Paid time off

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in education is required, Montessori certification is highly desired but could be obtained upon hiring.
