Job Title: Adolescent Program Co-Guide

Job Description: Montessori at Roseborough, incorporated in 1983, seeks a passionate and dedicated
AMI Montessori Co-Guide to join our Adolescent Community for ages 12-15 beginning
August 2025.
Established in 2010, our Adolescent Community averages 15-20 students. It offers a
comfortable and welcoming environment, a kitchen used daily, a pottery studio, a
gymnasium for indoor sports, musical instruments, garden space and a student built
chicken coop. Alongside academics, the students activities entail physical movement
and purposeful work.
As a well known small town AMI school, located in sunny Central Florida, we serve
approximately 120 children ages 3 months through 15 years.
Co -Guide applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree. A completed AMI 12-18 Diploma
is preferred; however, we will also consider candidates currently in training. In addition,
we will consider a part time position for year one. The ideal applicant must
demonstrate professionalism, joy, integrity and respect for adolescents. The candidate
should have an ability to engage young adolescents in a variety of activities and enjoy
working alongside them both outdoors as well as in the classroom is essential.
Montessori at Roseborough is dedicated to supporting its guides with continued
professional development, specifically within the framework of AMI. Salary
commensurate with education, experience and responsibilities. The full-time salary
range is $50-53K. A part time position will be considered. Benefits include professional
development opportunities, AMI membership, 100% tuition credit for one child.

Requirements: Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree. A completed AMI 12-18 Diploma is preferred; However, we will also consider candidates currently in training.
