Job Description: South Coast Montessori, located in Santa Barbara, California, seeks a full-time AMI-trained guide for our Elementary classroom for the 2024-25 school year.
Requirements:
AMI Diploma (or in progress)
Knowledge, interest and a passion for the Montessori method as it applies to children 6-12 years old
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including digital communication skills
Commitment to working on a team of teachers and administrators always striving to model professionalism and collaboration in service of the school’s mission and children
Experience with fostering and maintaining supportive and professional relationships with enthusiastic and interested parents
