Job Description: Mountain Shadows International Montessori School (MSIMS) is expanding and we’re looking for a passionate AMI A to I trained Lead Guide to join our growing community! We are committed to providing an authentic Montessori education that nurtures the potential of each child. Our brand-new Young Children’s Community (12 months – 3 years) is set to open in August 2025 and we are seeking a dedicated Guide to help shape this exciting new program. Located on a stunning 7.5-acre campus in Boulder, Colorado, our school offers a rich natural environment with ample space for exploration and learning – a truly inspiring setting for both students and educators.
Requirements: AMI A to I training (or willingness to consider sponsorship)
Ability to meet Colorado state qualifications for Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Passion for Montessori education and child development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners
