Toddler Assistant Guide | Park Cities Montessori | Dallas, TX

Job Description: Park Cities Montessori is looking for several assistant toddler guides to join our team. We will be opening new classrooms in the coming months and we are preparing our staff. We aim to follow AMI practices within our environments and will be seeking AMI status. We are looking for teachers who are committed to providing the best for children and are interested in best practices using child development research and core Montessori principles. 

We would be willing to sponsor trainings at MINT for the right candidates.

Requirements: The ideal candidate would have some background knowledge of child development but also be willing to learn and work as a team. We are looking for guides that are committed to a long term stay with Park Cities Montessori and our community as we grow. 

It is preferred to have at least 2-3 years working with children in a formal setting.
