Maricela ("Mary") Valdez holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Mary has years of administrative experience, having most recently worked at the Dallas Colleges. Her journey with MINT began in 2019, and in 2020, she earned her AMI Montessori Core Principles certificate. Mary is a current student of MINT's 3-6 blended cohort and will complete her training in the summer of 2024. She is thrilled to support her two children in their quest for self-discovery. In her current role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of MINT.
