Whether you are an experienced Montessorian or just want to learn a new skill - everyone is welcome to join us for this incredible workshop!

What to Bring

  • One Fat Quarter Fabric of Your Choice

  • Coordinating Thread

  • Rotary Cutter/Cutter Mat

  • Scissors

  • Iron (optional)

Note: MINT has limited sewing machines so participants will take turns using them. We strongly encourage you to bring your own machine if you can!

Emily Clement, AMI 3-6 Guide

Emily Clement received her Montessori Primary Diploma from the Montessori Institute of North Texas in 2017 and has been a guide in a 3-6 Primary environment since 2020. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a master’s degree in education from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Emily began sewing in 2021, first learning how to make small pouches and aprons to beautify her Primary environment. In addition to creating materials for her classroom she also crafts quilts, quilted bags, and other small crafty projects.
