Rose Ellen holds the AMI Primary Diploma from MINT and a B.S. in Graphic Design from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. She served as Director of Communications at Alcuin Montessori School in Dallas for six years where she discovered Montessori. She served as Primary Guide at Waypoint Montessori for eight years where she deepened her understanding of Montessori. Rose Ellen enjoys serving as a Mentor for the Blended 3-6 course, where she has encouraged current MINT students in their study for five years. Inspired to come home, Rose Ellen finds her work as Development Officer exciting, interesting, and fun!
