This project is piloted in partnership with Paige Krabill, a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed School Psychologist, and AMI Primary Trained professional.
Through her observations and experiences with current intervention and support models, Paige has identified gaps in meeting the needs of all children in educational settings, often interfering with their development and potential. To fully support the child, Paige has categorized this work into three main areas, termed 'The Montessori Triad,' which outlines the comprehensive support system needed.

This series features workshops and presentations designed to cultivate a mindset focused on supporting all children in a Montessori environment. Within this series, the POP Orientation addresses key topics such as reframing classroom challenges, understanding drivers of motivation and engagement, practicing observation and reflection, and creating prepared environments where all children can thrive. Central to this work is the belief that every child has developmental needs that must be met, regardless of their situation, abilities, or circumstances.
