Position Overview:
We are seeking a Montessori-trained Children’s House Assistant who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to transition into a Lead Children’s House Guide role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Montessori educator looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be committed to Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Teacher in guiding and nurturing children in the Children's House classroom.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining a Montessori-prepared environment.
- Observe and record children’s progress, and assist in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Transition into a Lead Teacher role, guiding the classroom with full autonomy.
- Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and community-building activities.

Requirements: Qualifications:
- Montessori training (Children's House) from an accredited institution (AMI or AMS preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Montessori classroom.
- Passionate about the Montessori philosophy and early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eager to grow professionally and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
