Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and knowledgeable Toddler/Nido Assistant Guide with a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in child care, with Montessori experience preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and play a vital role in the early development of children as we continue to grow our Montessori community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Guide in managing and supporting children in the Toddler/Nido classroom.
- Ensure a nurturing and safe environment that promotes independence, self-discovery, and respect.
- Observe children to support their individual growth and development.
- Prepare and maintain the Montessori environment in accordance with Montessori principles.
- Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the growth of the Montessori environment within the school.

Requirements: Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in child care (Montessori experience is preferred but not required).
- A deep understanding and commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
- Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills.
- A passion for early childhood development and working with toddlers.
- Collaborative, dependable, and eager to support a growing Montessori community.
