Job Title: Lead Toddler Guide

Job Description: Nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by enchanted gardens and captivating natural
playgrounds, Nature’s Way Montessori in Napa CA provides a truly unique
learning environment for 80 children ages 12 weeks to 6 years. We hold that
“nature holds the key to unlocking a child’s imagination, curiosity and love for
learning."
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Montessori and her
ideas about nature and child development. We look to attract staff with a long
term commitment to our vision as we pass on the baton of leadership to the
next generation. First year guides are welcome to apply. Currently, we are
seeking to hire an AMI or AMS trained Guide for our 18 month - 2 year old
classroom.

Salary range is $52,000-$66,000 depending on your experience and
education. We have a very generous PTO and benefits package.
