Job Title: Primary Lead Guide

Job Description: The Substitute Montessori Guide will work with children ages 3-6, following the Montessori method to maintain the integrity of the learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to guide students in their exploration of Montessori materials, foster independence, and ensure consistency in routines during the teacher’s absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Primary Montessori classroom for children aged 3-6.
Implement the Montessori curriculum and philosophy.
Ensure the classroom remains a prepared environment that supports individual learning and development.
Collaborate with the classroom assistant to maintain a calm, productive, and positive atmosphere.
Provide thoughtful support for each child’s social, emotional, and academic development.
Qualifications:
Montessori Certification environment, preferably at the Primary level.
Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
Ability to maintain a peaceful, orderly environment that encourages independence and a love of learning.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements: AMI,AMS, or MACTE certification, or in training for Montessori Diploma for appropriate level Preferred
